Friendly staff even tho sometimes some words I didn't understand because of mixed Sarawakian dialect. LOL. Room is clean, comfy bed, a good shower, and cold A/C. The hotel decoration was nice bringing good vibes. The hotel is just above 7 eleven and near to waterfront, kek lapis, and souvenir shops. They provide a cuckoo to refill water.

Clean Toilet, most of the attractions are within walking distance. Easily find good food. Friendly Staff.

Good location. Walking distance to many tourist attractions. Many eateries within walking distance. 711 just next door. Staff is super friendly, efficient and helpful. Room is of good size for solo traveller. Bed is comfortable. TV could connect to YouTube and I believe Netflix as well.

The comfort....The surrounding ...Easy Access....restoran at the back very yummy nasi briyani...the receptionist so welcoming....with smiles....having 7E downstairs very superb so we can buy there if hungry at midnight...opens 24 hours...

The location was exceptional and it was easy to navigate to many attractions. The hotel and room is clean and the staffs were helpful and friendly. We always had a clean room with clean towels when we returned to our room at the end of the day. 👍🏻😊

The staff are very nice and gentle. I am satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and toilet, and there is no smell or dirty place
